There is nothing more exciting than the anticipation of a new family member. The joy and delight I saw in both Sheetal and Arpit’s eyes during this baby shower, showed me nothing less than two people more ready for parenthood. As the whole family, relatives and close friends celebrated and gave blessings to the young couple, I could not help but feel excited for what’s to come in the next chapter of their lives. As you see the story of this baby shower unfold, you can feel their excitement throughout and re-live this joyous occasion. Congratulations to Sheetal and Arpit and we can’t wait for this next journey of your lives to embark.
Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Pasqueretta! It was a real joy to be a part of this momentous occasion. These lovebirds have known each other since elementary school and their story is the equivalent of a Disney fairy tale. When you see the D.I.Y elements within the wedding design and decor, you can really get a good sense of who they are and where they came from. Congratulations Lauren and Tommy, and what a great way to start the next chapter of your life!
The first time I learned Kevin & Sascia had a deep passion for food, I immediately knew we were going to gel well. This adorable couple has been dating for years, but the way they engage with each other evokes memories of being on an amazing first date. Throughout the entirety of our engagement session, Kevin & Sascia’s personality, energy, and overall silliness just oozed through my lens. It is a true testament to their comfort, connection, and strong love for one another.
Last minute booking with Regina & Chris for a quick engagement shoot at Central Park & Grand Central Station. This Southern duo made their way to New York a week prior to their wedding. It brings me great joy to see a couple that is able to make quality time in the midst of the whirlwind that is life. Congrats to the recently married couple and many blessings to the start of the next chapter of your lives together!

One of the most beautiful things about Nicole and Joseph’s relationship, that even trumps the already dashing looks and over-abundance of wealth, is their ability to effortlessly embrace and engage life. This was very apparent on their wedding day and translated to an unforgettable memory. Throughout the entire day, the energy and flow was very fluid, jovial, and nothing could disrupt the positive chi that seemed to be everywhere. I was able to experience first hand what it truly meant to be a happy couple and overcome any hiccup with a smile on one’s face. Congrats to Nicole and Joseph as this was only a glimpse of what is to be an incredible journey.
Whenever the 2015 Thesaurus comes out, they need to add the name “Nelson Cheung” to the list of synonyms for “Devotion.” I can not express in words how much dedication, hard work, and love, this guy put out to make such an amazing and memorable surprise proposal. With the amount of components that were in this meticulous and thought out plan, it just baffles me how he was able to keep it a secret from Jenny. It was due to Nelson’s continuous hard work and planning that made it the most incredible moment for them. He was also in the company of some great friends and family, who whole-heartedly supported him every step of the way. I had the privilege and honor to capture this moment and help create a lasting memory for them to cherish. Please relive this moment and see for yourself how much this man will honor the phrase “forever and ever”. Congrats to the newly engaged couple, Nelson and Jenny!

Had an amazing opportunity to shoot this cute little bundle of joy on her 1st birthday. Doljanchi is a traditional Korean ceremony to celebrate when their little ones turn 1 years old. In ancient Korean history, the child mortality rate was really high, so when a child reaches 1 years old, it was a good omen. During this ceremony they would celebrate, bless the child and wish for prosperity and good fortune. There is a traditional segment where the child wears a “hanbok” and “jobawi” and choose an item from several items on the floor. These items would represent several paths in life and they include a stethoscope for a doctor, money for riches, a ball for athlete, microphone for entertainer, an item for long life and book for scholar. The results from Zoe’s doljanchi were very exciting as she picked the path of a doctor and a rich husband as her future significant other. Congrats to the entire family, thank you Zoe, Esther and Jay for allowing me to be part of such an exciting and personal life event.
